This recipe was totally inspired by Delish's Cranberry Brie bites. There's something about puff pastry that's so addicting, it should be on the banned substance list. Especially around the holidays! I think I ate 5 of these on Christmas. No shame though, I was totally satisfied.
Bon appétit and happy cooking!

Prep Time: 20 min Cook Time: 15 min Total Time: 35 min.
Serves: 24 cups
Ingredients:
1 (2 pc.) package of frozen puff pastry sheets
Cooking spray, for pan
Flour, for surface
1 (8-oz.) wheel of brie
1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1" pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry into a 10 inch x 15 inch rectangle. Cut into 24 (2.5 inch) squares and place squares into muffin tin slots. Use extra puff pastry to help push the square into the slot.
Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the puff pastry cup. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some chopped pecans, and one little sprig of rosemary.
Bake until the puff pastry is golden, about 15 minutes.
